CAPEXIL will confer annual awards to its members in recognition of excellence in export performance during the year 2010-11. The awards will be presented on the day of the 53^rd Annual General Meeting of the Council, which is likely to be held during the month of September, 2011. Taking this opportunity, we are sending herewith application for CAPEXIL Export Award / Certificate of Merit for 2010-11 alongwith Award Scheme formulated in this regard.

Members are requested to kindly go through the said Award Scheme and submit duly filled in and signed applications complete in all respects to the Executive Director, CAPEXIL, “Vanijya Bhavan”, 3rd Floor, 1/ 1, Wood Street, Kolkata – 700 016 in hard copy in a sealed envelope superscribing “Application for Export Award for the year 2010-2011” at the earliest and latest by 25^th July, 2011. Applications complete in all respect should be sent directly to CAPEXIL’s Head Office only. No application either by e-mail or fax will be entertained.

Certificate from a Chartered Accountant certifying export performance during 2007-08 to 2010-11 showing the value and item of export vis-à-vis H.S. Code separately in his letterhead must be submitted alongwith the application for export award for 2010-11.
