“CAPEXIL EVENT IN EUROPE WITH MDA GRANT TO PARTICIPANT”
Dear Members,

To boost up India’s export & to explore new business avenues for member exporters, CAPEXIL intends to organize Multi-product Exhibition-cum-Buyer Seller Meet at Europe in Sept.’2012 with MDA Grant to Member Participants subject to approval from the concerned Ministry.

The event in Europe will be organized by CAPEXIL where the member-exporters shall display their product samples, catalogues, brochures & interact one to one with potential European Importers / Companies to finalize the business deals / export orders & seize opportunity to appoint distributors/dealers/commission agents etc.

CAPEXIL shall make vigorous efforts and extensive research for identifying potential importers as per participant delegates’ products profile for meaningful execution of the event.

The primary detail of the event goes as under:
 
  • Duration of EventEvent : 14 days during Sept.’2012
  • Event Cities (to be fixed) : 3 to 4 Cities from Munich (Germany),  Vienna (Austria), Milan, Turin (Italy), Paris (France) & Geneva (Switzerland) as per the advice of Indian Missions, Consultant, Ind. Associations based on Products’ profile of selected delegates & market potential
  • MDA Grant to member : Rs.80,000/- (subject to approval & eligibility)

  • Participation Fees*         : Rs.90,000/- (to be paid by Multi City Cheque/DD drawn in favour of CAPEXIL, Kolkata)

    * Participation fees does not include Airfare & Lodging / Boarding
